  1. I sent that link to our internal helpdesk a few months ago. utube is technically blocked, but they have a dsl line for testing VPN, so they all watched it several times. It’s hilarious, especially if you’ve *ever* had to attempt to teach technology to a technophobe.

  2. What’s cool is it doesn’t go over the top with humour into absurd portrays of the user or of the help desk person.
