If the left can look past (e.g ignore, downplay, justify) the high body counts of Stalin/Mao/Pol Pot/Saddam/etc, then one white girl dead in Ted’s car is no BFD to them.
I tweeted a slightly different version of the above, inspired from Leftist justifications and defenses I read on Twitter and elsewhere of Ted Kennedy’s actions that day and on the actions of Ted and the Kennedy family in the days that followed related to the incident.
She mattered to her family and friends
Update: This mindset is also pretty much explains the two-tier ethics/morals standard the left uses upon itself. (See Polanski,Letterman, etc).
